My oil and filter were changed. I got a quote for a transmission fluid cooling radiator. I will have this done later.

Upon an employee calling me about my car being ready, I paid my bill and started driving home. I went 4 blocks and realized that the brake pedal was going down to the floor. I called and spoke with an employee and was told thats the way it's supposed to be. I returned to the shop and they told me that they would look at it tomorrow. Needless to say I was without the car for one more day. Mike more miles made 1100.00 on me. But they won't make money on me again. You only have one chance to make a good impression and they failed. Therefore I'll take my car and business elsewhere. it also should be known that I had taken my car here for a small oil leak. They than told me that I needed additional brake work which I agreed to. They than called and told me that the oil pan had a small crack in it and that I would need a new one and it would cost an another 420.00. I passed on this and eventually had the work done for 150.00. when I told Mike more miles this I was asked "who was under the influence"to give me that price? Needless to say, I reiterate, I would never return here.

Good work

Mike More Miles did repair work on our Honda. It had an oil leak which they fixed. We are very happy with their work. They are honest about what is wrong with your vehicle and they always relay anything to you if they ran into something while repairing. I would highly recommend them.

Car now in excellent shape
