Great service! Tyler is awesome!

BJ is always able to get me in, even last minute. All the guys do a great job of fixing me up and getting me back on my way.

When l go to BJ's he or one of his helpers, will check it out unless they are working on another customers vehicle, then l wait to have them check out my car. They are really pleasant and its like family, they are so nice.

But I no longer have the 2000 Cavalier; I now have a 2011 Dodge Caliber. I was please, but this evening I noticed that I again have a wet spot on the driver's side floor board area. I will be calling B J about this, on Monday or Tuesday.....

They put all four tires on in no time and I was down the road. Came back the next day and they put on 2 rear window hatch struts.

I like B.J. and his staff very much. They are friendly, explain things to the customer, and do quality work, without charging as much as the other local auto repair businesses. Thumbs up!

Very helpful and quicker than expected. Called on a Monday morning about replacing a blown out spark plug on my 2003 F-150, and they recommended a tow company. I called the company and before noon, they were loading my truck up to take it to BJ's. I went to work Tuesday and by that afternoon, I received a call letting me know my truck was finished and ready for pick up. I was expecting a couple days for the repair, so much quicker than I expected. I couldn't pick it up right away, but they were very understanding and let me pay and get my keys during business hours, then allowed me to pick it up later, outside of business hours. I really appreciated the speed with which they repaired my truck and their friendly service.
